Q. Does it really matter which lawyer I hire?
A. Your choice of attorney makes a great deal of difference! Think about fellow students in your high school or college classes. They all graduated, but did they all possess the same ability, determination, and drive? Likewise, there are differences among lawyers!
William L. Aldred, Jr. is Board Certified as both a Civil and Criminal Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization. Very few lawyers have achieved this!
Allan Thompson is a seasoned attorney and a Clarksville native. Allan says, “When the other side knows your attorney will fight for you rights, a fair settlement is frequently the outcome.”
Q. . What is a Contingent Fee?
A. A Contingent fee means the attorney is paid “on condition” that you win. If you loose, you pay nothing, except maybe some Court costs. This affords a people with highly meritorious civil cases an avenue into Court. A written contract is required on all legal representation and this contract provides the attorney is paid. The law prohibits contingent fees on criminal and certain other types of cases. |
