If a hospital or doctor provided care below the recognized standard of care and that breach of care caused very serious damages or death, the patient or family may be entitled to damages. Not every medical error is malpractice, and only those which produce catastrophic damages are accepted by this law firm as Medical Malpractice Cases.
Jury Instruction 6.10 requires all medical care providers to exercise reasonable care and provides for damages if they do not. A recent case of the Aldred Law Firm, docket #5060013 was settled in 2008, but the amount has been “sealed” by the Court.
Three Things To Remember:
- Consult an Attorney Immediately Upon Suspicion of Malpractice!
- The Law Recently Cut Very Short The Time For a Minor to File!
- Confide Your Suspicion Only to an Attorney and Close Family!
