New Study Shows 1 in 8 Hospitals Have Birth Complication Rates of at Least Double the Norm

A recent medical investigation and analysis of over 7 million maternity and birth records established that more than a large number of maternal deaths and brain injured babies were cause by avoidable medical errors and misdiagnosis, delayed care, and failure to follow safety measures. This resulted in severe child birth complications including brain injury or death.
