Attorney Aldred Selected to Super Lawyers and Recertified as Civil Trial Specialist by National Board of Trial Advocacy
CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Clarksville attorney Bill Aldred has been named by Super Lawyers as a top attorney in the Mid-South Region for the year 2020.
Aldred limits his work to serious injury, death and medical cases. Selection for Super Lawyers is based on ratings and feedback from judges and other members of the State Bar Association.
Aldred also was just recertified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. The NBTA certification requires passing a complex written examination and high ratings from judges and other attorneys. Approximately 3 percent of American lawyers are board certified.
Aldred earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting and Military Science from Middle Tennessee State University. He is a graduate of University of Memphis, Cecil B. Humphrey School of law and is licensed to practice in Tennessee and Kentucky. He focuses his practice on catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases including medical malpractice. He is active in numerous civic organizations and has participated as a youth athletics coach for over 20 years and is a lifetime member of the National Eagle Scout Association as well as a Life Member of the Kentucky Bar Foundation.
